Micro Goals:
- Consistent Reading Habits: This week, I’m committing to dedicating at least one hour each day to reading. It’s easy to lose track of time scrolling through social media, so I’m swapping out mindless scrolling for some enriching reading time. After all, if I can spend hours on my phone, I can surely spare an hour for a good book.
- Cutting Out Takeout Temptations: It’s time to break the habit of ordering out excessively. Those enticing discounts and convenience have lured me in for too long. This week, I’m making a conscious effort to cook at home and resist the urge to order in. Not only will this save me money, but it’ll also promote healthier eating habits.
- Prioritizing Sleep: Last week, I noticed a pattern of staying up later than intended, throwing off my sleep schedule. To remedy this, I’m setting a goal to wind down by 10 PM and be asleep by 11 PM. Quality rest is crucial for productivity and overall well-being, so it’s time to prioritize a consistent sleep routine.
Macro Goals:
- Structured Mornings and Evenings: Setting specific timeframes for my morning and evening goals has proven to be a game-changer. This week, I’ll aim to tackle my morning tasks between 2-3 PM and wrap up my evening goals by 8-9 PM. By breaking down my to-do list into manageable chunks, I’ve found greater success in staying organized and focused throughout the day.
- Maintaining High Mileage Runs: Celebrating last week’s achievement of completing a 13 km run in just 1 hour and 30 minutes, I’m motivated to continue pushing myself in my running endeavors. Consistency is key, and I’m determined to keep up with my high mileage runs, both as a physical challenge and a mental boost.
- Elevating Social Media Presence: While I’ve been staying consistent with my TikTok content, I’m aiming to take it up a notch this week. Authenticity is paramount, so I’ll focus on ensuring that my posts truly reflect who I am. Rather than forcing content, I’ll let inspiration guide me, with a renewed emphasis on sharing meaningful and engaging content with my audience.
