Welcome back to another Monday on Wellrobe! As we gear up for the week ahead, it’s essential to set intentions that align with our aspirations and values. This week, I’m diving deep into both micro and macro goals, focusing on personal growth, wellness, and productivity.

Micro Goals:

One of my top micro goals for this week is to prioritize my sleep schedule. I’ve recognized the importance of getting to bed early to ensure I wake up feeling refreshed and energized. Although my ideal bedtime is 11 pm with a 5 am wakeup, I’m setting a realistic target of 6 am for this week. Consistent sleep patterns are key to overall well-being.

    Mindlessly scrolling through my phone has become a bad habit that I’m actively working to break. This week, I’m committing to being more mindful of my technology usage, limiting unnecessary screen time, and redirecting my focus towards more meaningful activities.

    Continuing with my newfound love for juicing, I’m making it a priority to incorporate a beet, celery, apple, and ginger juice into my weekly routine. Not only does it make me feel rejuvenated, but it also serves as a delicious and nutritious start to my day.

      Macro Goals:

      This week, I’m aiming to post 3-6 TikToks a day, sharing snippets of my life, insights, and creative endeavors with my audience. It’s a way for me to stay connected and inspired while also honing my craft.

      There’s an exciting acting opportunity in Toronto known as Monologue Slam, and I’m determined to seize it. This week, I’m dedicating time to prepare and submit a compelling monologue, showcasing my talent and passion for performance.

      Embracing solitude is essential for self-discovery and growth. I’m carving out time to visit a driving range alone, indulging in some much-needed alone time while honing my golf skills.


        Reflection:

        As I look ahead to the week unfolding before me, I can’t help but pause and reflect on how far I’ve come in the past year. From feeling stuck in a job I hated to actively pursuing my passions, the journey has been a wild ride. The quote, “I still remember the nights I prayed for the things I have now” really hits home for me. It’s a reminder of the struggles and the moments of doubt that I’ve overcome to get to where I am today. I’m filled with gratitude for the progress I’ve made and the opportunities that lie ahead. It’s a testament to the fact that dreams do come true when you work hard and believe in yourself.
