  • What specific actions contribute to my larger goals?
  • How can I break down larger tasks into more manageable steps?
    • A book that I recommend to help you with understanding the root of this question is “Atomic Habits” By James Clear
  • What potential challenges might I face, and how can I overcome them?

For instance, if my overarching goal is to enhance fitness, a micro goal could be completing three 20-minute workouts this week.

Taking a moment to reflect on the past week provides valuable insights. Consider:

  • What were my triumphs? What accomplishments am I proud of?
  • Did I encounter obstacles or setbacks, and what did they teach me?
  • How can the lessons learned enhance my approach in the week ahead?
