Habit Stacking for Wellness: Oil Pulling and Lymphatic Drainage

This week, I’ve been implementing two unique habits to enhance my wellness routine. The first is oil pulling with coconut oil, an ancient practice that helps detoxify the mouth and improve oral hygiene. Each morning, I swish a tablespoon of coconut oil in my mouth for about 15 minutes before starting my day. Future Wellrobe posts will delve deeper into the benefits and techniques of oil pulling.

The second habit is putting my feet up against the wall for lymphatic drainage. This simple yet effective practice helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. By combining these habits, I’m noticing a significant improvement in my overall well-being.
